[For Android Users]
1. When you first connect
- Install and open the app
- Go to the app's Bluetooth connection page.
- [iQOS 2.4+] Press and hold the Bluetooth button for more than 3 seconds until the blue light flashes.
[iQOS 3 and Duo] turn the iQOS off and on.
- Touch your iQOS on the 'Connectable device' (If iQOS doesn't appear, press the Refresh button)
- When the connection is complete, the Bluetooth icon changes from gray to red.
** During the process, 'Location permission' and 'Bluetooth pairing request' will appear as a pop-up or notification.
You must select 'Always allow' in 'Location permission' and 'Pair' in 'Bluetooth paring request'
** If you miss a pop-up or notice and you can't connect to Bluetooth normally, try connecting again after deleting iQOS on the 'Paired device list' of the phone and the app.
2. When Bluetooth is disconnected while using
- [2.4 Plus] Just open and close the pocket or [3 and Duo] pull out the holder and insert it.
- In case after 30 minutes have passed since Bluetooth was disconnected, you need to close the app in the background and open the app before connecting. (To save the battery of the smartphone, the app in the background searches for iQOS only for 30 minutes after disconnected)
- If you can't connect, delete iQOS on the connected device list of the app, and connect it as you did the first time.

# About 2.4 Plus Bluetooth disconnection issue
- Some iQOS devices repeatedly lose the Bluetooth connection when the pocket charges the holder.
This is mostly the case with iQOS 2.4 Plus. (It could be a problem with firmware program or with Bluetooth device)
- Please understand that this is not the problem with the app.
# When the app doesn't show any information or an updated information
- Just open and close the pocket(iQOS 2.4+), or pull out the holder and insert it into the pocket(iQOS 3/ duo).
[For iPHONE Users]
1. When you first connect
- Install and open the app
- Go to the app's Bluetooth connection page.
- [iQOS 2.4+] Press and hold the Bluetooth button for more than 3 seconds until the blue light flashes.
[iQOS 3 and Duo] turn the iQOS off and on.
- Touch your iQOS on the 'Connectable device' (If iQOS doesn't appear, Pull down the screen to refresh)
- When the connection is complete, a popup will appear indicating that 'Bluetooth connected' and 'My Device' page will appear.
2. When Bluetooth is disconnected while using the app
- [2.4 Plus] just open and close the pocket or [3 and Duo] pull out the holder and insert it.
- If you can't connect, delete iQOS on the 'Connected Device' of the app, and connect it as you did the first time. (Press and hold the Bluetooth button or turn the iQOS off and on)
- Do not exit the app, just leave it in the background. If you exit the app, the Bluetooth connection will be terminated, and also smoking is not recorded.
